Custom Book Terms

- Authorization. By providing information or a photograph of a child, the purchaser confirms that they are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have permission from the parent or legal guardian.
- Accuracy. The purchaser is responsible for checking the spelling and accuracy of all information submitted on the creation form. A complimentary remake is not available for errors contained in purchaser-supplied information.
- Images. Reproduction quality depends on the quality and resolution of supplied images. The author is not responsible for limitations caused by blurry, dark, cropped, compressed, or otherwise unsuitable source images.
- Proofs. Because each book is individually produced, proofs or previews are not provided before printing and shipment.
- Payment. Production begins only after full payment is received. The listed $49.99 package includes one digital copy and one printed 8 × 10 paperback unless otherwise stated.
- Language and timing. Custom books are produced in English. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production and delivery. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.
- Privacy. Supplied child information and photographs are used only to create the book and are deleted from active production files after fulfillment. They are not sold or used for marketing.
- Service discretion. The author may decline or cancel an order when the requested content is unlawful, unsafe, inappropriate, technically unsuitable, or inconsistent with the Koco series. A payment for an order declined before production will be refunded.
- Production concerns. If the delivered product contains a production error attributable to the author or printer, contact authorkthill@gmail.com promptly so the concern can be reviewed.
